Deposit, Cancellations and Refund Policy

All bookings made online and by phone are subject to a 50% deposit taken by card payment.

If your booking is cancelled within 7 days of the day you are due to stay you are entitled to a full refund.

Any cancellations made after this period will lose your deposit.

You are due a full refund if you cancel the booking before the 7 days before the date of your booking.

The full amount due for your stay will be charged to your card on the day of your booking for the full duration of your stay with us.
